Our New York City based client is currently looking to add a Corporate Tax Associate with 4 to 6 years of corporate transactional experience for their corporate/tax group. With a broad practice of corporate transactional work, including private equity M&A and financing, joint ventures, strategic alliance transactions and restructuring for investment funds. Qualifications: 4 - 6 years corporate transactional experience Tax work experience is a plus. An interest in broad-based transactional work is also a plus. Top US or Canadian academics and law firm credentials expected. Responsibilities
The Corporate Tax Associate will work within the corporate/tax group on a variety of corporate transactional matters. This includes private equity M&A, financing, joint ventures, and restructuring for investment funds.
