Role Overview
As a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager, you’ll lead on complex tax planning projects and strategic advisory work, supporting clients through transactions, restructures, and cross-border issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tax advice on restructuring, transactions, R&D claims, and share schemes
  • Advise international clients on cross-border matters
  • ✍️ Draft technical memos, reports, and presentations
  • Build and manage strong client relationships
  • Support business development and proposals
  • Mentor and coach junior tax team members

    What We’re Looking For

  • CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified

  • Proven UK corporate tax advisory experience
  • Commercial and strategic thinker
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Comfortable leading client discussions and delivering advice
