Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager Location: Atlanta, GA 30309 Work Model: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week Key Responsibilities Manage corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision projects Lead client engagements from planning to completion Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities Work with IRS, state, and international tax authorities Mentor and supervise associates and interns Support multi-state and global tax matters Collaborate with internal tax specialists and client teams 🔹 Must-Have Qualifications Active CPA in Georgia (or reciprocity) OR JD with active law license 4–7+ years corporate tax compliance or consulting experience Strong ASC 740 tax provision experience (prep, review, audit) Recent public accounting experience (Top 15 firms preferred) Experience with large multi-state/national/global companies Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Willing to work onsite 3 days/week 🔹 Additional Details Annual performance bonus available Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
