Job Description The Corporate Tax Manager is responsible for supervising the preparation of US consolidated federal and consolidated, combined, and separate state income tax returns. They will also oversee the computation of interim and year-end income tax provisions, as well as review and manage the tax returns prepared by the Tax team. Additionally, the Tax Manager will lead and mentor a team of Tax professionals. Manages tax planning, reporting, and compliance functions. Manages tax accounting staff, conducts selection interviews, coaches, trains, conducts performance evaluation, and motivates employees. Oversees the preparation of all tax filings and reporting. Evaluates the tax implications of company activities and develops strategies to minimize the tax obligations. Provides input into developing the country budget. Assists the Tax Director in all external federal, state and local income tax audits. Analyzes and prepares all supporting documentation to any Tax related information document requests. Assists the Tax Director in federal/state tax credit generation projects, Tax planning, and other ad hoc projects. Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervises employees in performance of their day-to-day duties Has full responsibility for employees’ actions Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
