Description The Corporate Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training to new and existing employees to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. This role focuses on facilitating training sessions, developing training materials, conducting assessments, and supporting employee development through refresher training and advancement preparation. The Corporate Trainer will work closely with Communication Center Leadership to understand training needs and ensure programs align with company standards and performance expectations. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate monthly training sessions for new Member Advocates and Routers, ensuring a positive, engaging, and skill-focused learning experience. • Develop training materials, job aids, and learning resources that support knowledge retention and skill application. • Conduct assessments and administer exams to evaluate employee skills, knowledge retention, and readiness for progression. • Schedule and lead refresher training sessions for employees who need additional development and support. • Organize and facilitate study/preparation sessions for employees seeking advancement through skill-based testing. • Assign employees to required Learning Management System (LMS) coursework and track completion to ensure compliance. • Monitor LMS progress and report completion status to relevant leaders. • Gather feedback from training participants and recommend improvements to enhance training content, delivery, and outcomes. • Collaborate with department leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted training solutions. • Ensure that all training content remains current, engaging, and aligned with company policies and procedures. • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages engagement, growth, and ongoing development. Requirements • 3+ years of experience facilitating training programs or delivering structured instruction in a corporate or call-center setting. • Strong presentation skills and the ability to keep groups engaged in both virtual and in-person environments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and provide constructive feedback. • Experience creating or modifying training content, worksheets, or assessments. • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic reporting functions. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and priorities.
