We are currently looking to add a Corporate Training Coordinator to join our team! The Corporate Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering training programs that align with company goals, enhance associate skills, and ensure operational excellence. This role involves defining training needs, conducting general training, verifying training effectiveness, and collaborating with department leaders and subject matter experts to develop position-specific and upskill-specific training programs.

QUALIFICATIONSSKILLS

Required:

  • Proven experience in training, education, or a related role within a technical or operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably IQMS, or similar operational software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and instructional skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience as a corporate trainer, training coordinator, or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer, CPLP).
  • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., education, organizational development, or industrial training).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and training evaluation methodologies

WORK ENVIRONMENTPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during training sessions or hands-on demonstrations.
  • Capability to lift and maneuver materials up to specify weight, e.g., 25 lbs safely, if required.
  • Comfort working in office, classroom, or operational environments.
  • Full-time position, based in a training facility, office, or operational setting.
  • May require occasional travel to other company locations or training sites.
  • Adherence to all safety protocols and PPE requirements when in operational areas

Responsibilities
