Job Purpose: The Corporate Training & Development Specialist serves as the primary administrator of the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and developer of e-learning modules. This position performs the setup, maintenance, and optimization of the LMS to support the training and development needs of employees. Reports to the Corporate Training and Development Manager. Schedule: This position is an on-site role, M-F, not eligible for fully remote. Some hybrid options may be allowed, based on proven productivity. Essential Functions and Responsibilities LMS Administration (primary responsibility) Manage the LMS, to include managing user accounts, roles, and permissions; troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the LMS; and providing direct technical support and training to LMS users Upload and organize training content, courses, and learning materials in the LMS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and that all content is current Ensure seamless user experience, and configure or customize the LMS interface based on organizational needs Make LMS improvement recommendations, based on feedback and organizational needs or objectives Maintain T&D activity records (e.g., attendance, assessment results, and retraining), and generate, analyze, and present reports on training metrics, course completion, and user progress Work with stakeholders across company to develop training programs to build, maintain, or improve specific job skills which support or enable company operations and growth Work with stakeholders to coordinate and communicate training availability, schedule, requirements and expectations to employees E-Learning Development Design and sequence experiences, activities, assessments, and multimedia elements to create learning that is engaging, effective, and increases knowledge acquisition, retention, and application Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe, Camtasia) to create and publish e-learning that is interactive, multimedia-rich, and that incorporate graphics, animations, and simulation content Adapt existing training materials for online delivery, ensuring they are optimized for the digital learning environment Stay updated on new tools and technologies in the e-learning industry Work with other team members to integrate e-learning content into the organization's LMS Qualified Candidates Will Have: High school diploma 1-2 years of experience managing or administering a corporate LMS Ability to ensure accuracy and organization of critical details Proficiency in MS Office Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated by strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Initiative and strong sense of ownership, able to learn quickly Exceptional Candidates Will Have: Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, or certification in an LMS or instructional design 1 year or more of experience managing the Docebo LMS It is the policy of Dynamic Aviation to prohibit and eliminate discrimination on grounds of race, color, religion, sex, (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
