Description JOB SUMMARY The Corporate Training Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing enterprise-wide training programs for healthcare IT systems and related operational applications. This position oversees Corporate Trainers and ensures consistent and effective onboarding, continuous education, and end-user support across multiple clinical, administrative, and revenue-cycle systems. The role operates within a healthcare environment and supports training needs related to clinical workflows, patient data handling, interoperability, and regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Revenue Cycle & Systems, the Manager collaborates with IT, Operations, Credentialing, HR, Compliance, and Clinical Leadership to ensure high-quality, compliant, and standardized technology training. Requirements MINIMUM & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Education, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Preferred: Master’s degree in Organizational Development, IT Management, or related healthcare/technical discipline. Epic Systems – CT (Credentialed Trainer/Principal Trainer). Experience Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in IT systems training, healthcare operations support, or instructional design. Experience training users on complex enterprise applications. Preferred: 5+ years of IT or healthcare systems training experience. Supervisory or lead-level experience managing trainers or support personnel. Experience with healthcare systems and tools, including: · Epic Systems · HRIS systems · EDI and claims-related tools · Credentialing platforms · Clinical analytics tools · Finance/ERP systems · Clearinghouses and interoperability systems Any combination of educational and work experience that would be equivalent to the stated minimum requirements would qualify for consideration of this position. Certification(s) Epic Credentialed Trainer (CT) or Principal Trainer (preferred), CTT+, ATD, CompTIA A+. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities · Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient data workflows, and regulatory compliance. · Knowledge of IT systems architecture, application interfaces, and business workflows. · Ability to translate complex technical processes into understandable training content. · Exceptional communication, teaching, and presentation skills. · Leadership ability to guide a training team, manage performance, and coordinate workload. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong organizational and project-management abilities. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
