THE OPPORTUNITY

Ashurst’s bold 2027 strategy includes significant investment across key practice areas, particularly our Corporate Transactions team. We are already making significant progress, beginning with the acquisition of key Partners who are leaders in our field. Due to this notable progress and continued growth, we are now seeking Lawyers and Senior Associates to join our expanding practice in Sydney.
Our Corporate Transactions team work across some of the most complex and high-profile matters including takeovers, IPOs, business and asset acquisitions and disposals, equity capital markets work, restructuring and recapitalisation transactions, joint venture arrangements, ASX listing rule work and corporate governance.
