In this role, you will report directly to the Corporate Travel & Card Manager and could be tasked with the following (including but not limited to):
Book Travel for HR Recruit Department
Book Travel for Employees who do NOT have a Corporate Card
Assist with bookings done outside TMC/OBT
Create/Update Travel Profiles
Fielding/Routing Employees to Agent Teams
Concur Specialist (Online Booking Tool Assistance)
First/Business Class Ticket Research
A-List Memberships
Direct Billing Hotels
Airline Activity Reports
Corporate Housing
Assist with Corporate Events
Group Rates for Hotels
Hotel RFP/Negotiations
Initiate Travel Program Enhancements

Responsibilities
  • Delivers high-level customer service and escalates issues to program managers as needed
  • Facilitates procurement programs billing activities; receives and reviews complex invoices, creates payable files in partnership with IT and Accounting for processing and payment.
  • Processes Expense Reports for corporate purchasing cards, procurement cards, and meeting cards. Works closely with offices to resolve account coding issues on all programs.
  • Generates and evaluates standard and ad hoc reports utilizing several sources of data from procurement vendor’s platforms.
  • Documents and monitors key contract terms, identifying, and communicating recommended action items to include tracking upcoming term expiration dates.
  • Creates user accounts in all related procurement platforms and communicates and trains end users.
  • Reviews weekly termination lists to cancel credit cards, access cards, and user accounts.
  • Performs administrative tasks for the procurement department; reserves meetings in restricted conference rooms, orders supplies and updates and documents internal processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
