REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant / Corporate Travel Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.

• Handle domestic and international travel bookings (air, hotel, ground transportation, visas, insurance, etc.).
• Provide clients with best fare options, itineraries, and travel-related advice.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and approval processes.
• Manage changes, cancellations, and reissuances while minimizing costs.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and vendors to negotiate rates and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and expense reports.
• Provide 24/7 support for urgent travel requirements (if applicable).
• Stay updated on travel regulations, safety advisories, and visa requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
