Play a key role in supporting employees, candidates, and leadership through seamless travel coordination Join a collaborative, people-first organization where your expertise is valued Work for a well-established, growing company with strong leadership and long-term stability Enjoy a supportive work culture with opportunities to expand your skills in travel, events, and vendor management What You’ll Do: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including airfare, hotels, and ground transportation Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees, candidate, and new hire travel needs Manage travel changes, cancellations, emergencies, and after-hours travel support as needed Ensure travel bookings comply with company policies and budget guidelines Coordinate travel logistics for company meetings and events, including small groups (approx. 12 attendees) to large-scale events (up to 200 attendees) Support site negotiations and logistics for off-site meetings and company events Coordinate group airfare and hotel accommodation for company-wide events Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to airfare discrepancies, vendor charges, and billing errors Maintain accurate travel records, confirmations, and expense documentation Negotiate preferred rates with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors when applicable Stay current on travel regulations, safety advisories, and industry best practices Support and manage corporate travel tools and platforms, including SAP Concur Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in corporate travel coordination or a related role Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities Experience coordinating group travel or events is a plus Proficiency with travel booking and expense platforms (SAP Concur preferred) Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or high-pressure situations What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment Company-paid short-term and long-term disability, as well as life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) including floating holidays, sick/personal days, and vacation time 401(k) plan with a 25% company match up to 6% Summer hours for enhanced work-life balance Tuition reimbursement program Christmas holiday bonus OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU At Griffin, we are committed to fair and equal treatment of all employees and future applicants.
