POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer & Employee Experience Manager is responsible for creating a positive journey and experience for our employees as well as following up with customers to report on their experience with Martin Technical. The position includes performing a variety of functions and interacting with all company employees and customers. This position reports to the Operations Manager, but works closely with the Accounting & Benefits Manager as well.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Work experience in operations, customer support, travel management, sales or similar role.
  • Associate’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. Bachelors degree preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Phone and email etiquette
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software and ability to learn new applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members.
  • Ability and desire to help resolve problems for team members.
Responsibilities

Employee Travel Management is 75% of the job. All others make up the other 25%

  • Making and managing travel arrangements for over 30 employees on a weekly basis.
  • Managing corporate travel accounts and negotiating pricing and programs.
  • Managing travel costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Following up with customers after project completion to get feedback on the customer experience and identify new opportunities for sales.
  • Primary contact for employee questions on our programs.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Management.
  • Instructing employees on processes
  • Company Event Management including lunches, parties, hosting visitors and other events.
  • Leading our company Philanthropy including setting up events and informing employees.
  • Answering phones and administering internal phone tree and system
  • Meeting scheduling and planning
  • Maintain Organizational Chart & Company Directory
  • Administrative support for operations, accounting and executive team as needed.
  • Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
