DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

At Jack Henry, we deliver technology solutions that are digitally transforming and empowering community banks and credit unions to provide enhanced and streamlined user experiences to their customers and members. Our best-in-class products are just the start as we lay the groundwork for the future of digital banking and payments. We hope you’ll join us. We can’t do it without you.
Jack Henry’s Travel Department coordinates all the travel needs for more than 7,000 employees nationwide. Additionally, the Travel Department schedules and operates business aircraft in support of the corporate mission. While simultaneously providing support for company business activities such as; sales, install teams, meetings, shuttles and corporate services, the department also provides 24/7 short-notice emergency air transport for Jack Henry. While ensuring the safety of all passengers throughout business trips, the individuals in this department are also tasked with effectively dealing with dynamic situations and executing alternate plans when needed. The Flight Department rigorously trains all company pilots in the aircraft, simulators and in the classroom to ensure they consistently provide industry-leading knowledge and skills.
A qualified candidate will work alongside current crewmembers and will receive aircraft and operations specific training that would qualify them to operate as a Second-in-Command on the Company’s Embraer Phenom 300 Aircraft. The candidate will then have the ability to join Jack Henry on trips (as able), to gain valuable hands-on experience. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside highly experienced pilots in a well-established flight department while learning more about the business aviation industry.
To be considered, a candidate must hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate with multi-engine and instrument ratings, as well as a current FAA Second Class Medical.
This position will be full-time hours (40 hours per week) and will be based out of Jack Henry’s Monett, MO hangar. This is a paid position that will occur over the course of 8-weeks between May and October of 2025.
What you’ll need to have:

A Candidate Must:

  • Hold a Multi-Engine Commercial Pilot Certificate and Instrument Rating (CFI-I Preferred).
  • Hold a current FAA Second Class Medical (First Class Preferred).
