Our client, Flight Centre TraveGroup, is looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Manager/Consultant to join their Sydney team.

This is a portfolio ownership role where you’ll manage the day-to-day travel requirements of an established SME client base, providing expert advice and ensuring a high level of service and client retention.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of your own corporate travel portfolio of SME clients
• Manage end-to-end international and domestic travel bookings
• Provide travel advice and solutions across flights, accommodation, car hire, transfers, insurance and more
• Build strong relationships with clients and become their trusted travel contact
• Manage multiple requests while meeting service levels and deadlines
• Work closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless customer experience
• No face-to-face customer meetings required - primarily phone and email

You’ll have:

• At least 1 year of travel consulting experience
• 12+ months' experience booking international and interstate travel
• GDS proficiency is essential – Sabre is highly regarded with Amadeus or Galileo also accepted
• Strong travel product knowledge, ideally within corporate travel, a TMC or relevant leisure travel
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• The confidence and self-drive to independently manage your own portfolio
• International booking experience is essential - domestic-only experience will not be suitable for this role.
