- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm - Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment - Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them - Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards - Work with Liquidity Controllers to run the various liquidity stress tests and resolve production issues as they occur - Conduct analysis and enhance the internal liquidity stress test model as needed - Coordinate with Liquidity Risk Department (LRD), Model Risk Management (MRM), Controllers and IT to implement model enhancements; includes writing business requirements and running user acceptance testing - Forecast liquidity requirements for non-bank entities as part of the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) - Work with Liquidity Controllers on attributing the liquidity reserve to each Business Unit - Evaluate movements in the Firm's liquidity resources and requirements and present findings to senior management, including at various management committees - Participate in the assessment of New Product Approval (NPA) - Support regulatory requests including data analysis, liaising with other groups and presentation of findings - Ensure that the liquidity stress test models and their corresponding documentation are kept up-to-date through regular recalibrations, ongoing performance monitoring and back testing - Manage, attract, develop and retain talent for team within Finance while creating an inclusive environment; translate Firmwide goals into actionable goals for department/function - Advanced understanding of Treasury, industry, and competitive environment and technical skills, including risks and key regulations relevant to the division - Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members - Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks - Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity - Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt to your audience - Ability to collaborate and build relationships - Initiative to identify problems and complete tasks without requiring instruction or guidance from a supervisor - A strong sense of organization and time management skills - Experience of working in a high-paced environment and use multi-tasking to your advantage - At least 6 -10 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
