As a Senior Associate or Manager within our Corporate Valuations Advisory (CVA) team, you’ll play a vital role in uncovering and creating value through comprehensive valuations and strategic advice. Together, we’re building trust and shaping the future. What you’ll do: Deliver business valuations, share valuations, and financial instrument valuations for a wide range of clients. Provide valuation advice for financial reporting and tax-related purposes including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting, impairment testing, and employee share schemes. Support transaction processes with deal value assessments, cost of capital analysis, and capital management advice. Prepare Independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding proposed transactions. Conduct portfolio business reviews to enhance business performance and investment analysis. Coach and develop junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. What we’re looking for: Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, FINSIA, MBA, Masters in Finance or Applied Finance. Experience in business valuations across multiple industries. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Commercial insight and strategic thinking to advise clients confidently.
