As an RTE, you will be a servant leader and coach for the ART, fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will play a critical role in scaling Agile practices and driving continuous improvement across multiple teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Impediment Removal: Identify and actively work to remove systemic impediments that hinder the ART’s progress. Escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Promote and coach the ART on Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Drive continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing agreed-upon action items.
  • Risk and Dependency Management: Identify, track, and manage risks and dependencies across the ART. Facilitate their mitigation and resolution.
  • Value Delivery: Ensure the ART focuses on delivering value and achieving the PI Objectives. Track progress and provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering Leadership, and Business Owners, to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on ART metrics to track progress, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor Agile teams and Scrum Masters within the ART to enhance their understanding and application of Agile principles and practices.
  • SAFe Implementation: Champion and support the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within the organization.
  • Budget Management : Will be involved in tracking and managing the ART’s budget.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure the ART adheres to relevant organizational policies and governance standards.
