We’re seeking a skilled Senior AI Technology Specialist to support our adoption of AI Technologies including Microsoft CoPilot, Chat GPT, ServiceNow/Moveworks, and other AI/Agentic AI technologies. In this role you will assist our business leaders in the development of their business capabilities with these and other technologies. Experience with the M365 ecosystem is essential, both from an end user perspective, but also from an architectural and administrative perspective. The AI capabilites will integrate with SharePoint, Teams, internal NYL channels, Websites, and SaaS applications. This role will provide training and support to create these integrated experiences. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting and enabling users and business areas to build impactful, scalable solutions while ensuring environments remain secure, healthy, and optimized for future growth.
This role requires constant stakeholder engagement and experience supporting senior executives.
