WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU
We need someone who can handle tasks carefully and complete them on time without overlooking details. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and able to juggle different responsibilities, deciding what needs attention first when things get busy. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are important for working with the team and keeping records clear and organized. Fluent in Dutch is essential for maintaining relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
We value a friendly and professional attitude that helps create a welcoming environment. Being dependable, showing up on time, and staying on top of your work without getting overwhelmed are key qualities we’re looking for. You should possess diplomacy and assertiveness, combined with the maturity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all seniority levels. Our hiring process begins with an initial screening call with one of our talent specialists to assess your fit for the role. If successful, you’ll proceed to a first interview with your future colleagues to learn more about the role and team dynamics. The final stage consists of a second interview with the discipline/area lead and a talent specialist to discuss your aspirations and alignment with our company culture.
If you are selected, we will extend an offer, subject to the necessary work visas if required and satisfactory reference checking. Then begin the onboarding process to welcome you to the team.
