We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Correctional Officers. This position is essential for maintaining the institution’s safety and security and is considered a Law Enforcement position receiving the 20-year retirement package. This is an entry-level position, and career/growth opportunities are available.
Position Overview: As a Correctional Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure and safe environment within our correctional facilities. You will be responsible for the supervision, care, and custody of offenders while fostering an atmosphere of respect, rehabilitation, and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical fitness and stamina required to perform duties
