MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to possess a firearm in Virginia

• Ensure the safety and security of inmates, staff, and visitors within correctional facilities.
• Conduct regular surveillance and inspections to identify potential security risks.
• Manage conflicts among inmates effectively to maintain order.
• Monitor CCTV systems for suspicious activities or breaches of security.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
