Prime Health Services is looking for a Corrections Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our footprint within the law enforcement sector. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and making a real impact, this role is for you! What You’ll Do Drive growth by researching and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads in the corrections industry. Build relationships with county Sheriff Departments and other law enforcement agencies. Present PHS cost-saving solutions to prospective clients and conduct bill analysis. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring smooth implementation with internal teams. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize service utilization. Represent PHS at conferences, trade shows, and industry events. Provide regular reports and accurate sales forecasts to leadership. Requirements What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field OR equivalent experience. Experience: 1+ years in sales, customer service, or account management (healthcare experience preferred). Prior experience in the corrections industry (e.g., jail administrator, Sheriff) strongly preferred. Knowledge: Familiarity with corrections operations, medical bill review, PPO/Specialty Networks is a plus. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
