Job Description Communication during shift change over. Should maintain 5S, safety at his workplaceMaintaining the uptime of the machine. Responsible for break down maintenance and PM of Testing and inspection machines (ICT- SPEA, SPI-Kohyoung, AXI-Viscom , OMRON and AOI-Mirtec). Responsible for break down maintenance and PM of DMC laser printer. Effectively escalate the open points and major breakdowns to Suppliers and close it with in shortest period. Should work for reducing the Maintenance CostSpare parts management and follow-up to get the spare parts. Keep MTTR below the target level Should be able to handle entire SMT line independently. Find the R.C through 5why analysis as per the defined criteriaShould have good analytical skills, converting ability to solve problems on machines & lines.
