Description
Crowned Grace International is seeking a Correspondence Management Specialist with over three years of experience in managing day-to-day correspondence across three tracking systems. This includes ensuring accurate metadata, routing, and status updates, as well as supporting timely responses to inquiries and tasks. Key Responsibilities - Process, track, and route correspondence and associated metadata across ICCT, ECMM and CoRe. - Prepare clear and concise correspondence; distribute documents; and respond to inquiries and requests for files and data. - Maintain accurate status updates and support monthly progress reporting. - Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); report defects and exceptions to the Program Manager or Correspondence Lead, as well as to the Quality Control (QC) point of contact. Minimum Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Recommended 3+ years of administrative or correspondence experience, inclusive of the 2-year Federal correspondence-systems baseline. Required Skills & Knowledge Data accuracy and document management. Microsoft Office and Federal correspondence/records systems. Professional written and verbal communication. Preferred Qualifications & Certifications Prior experience with Federal records or correspondence systems(e.g.,ICCT, ECMM, CoRe, or comparable). Must be able to pass government background investigation.
Responsibilities
