Job Summary Details: The corrugate tech oversees towing and emptying trash and cardboard carts as they fill through the shift. Essential Functions • Operates Industrial Lift and/or Tugger to assist in loading or moving materials for Yardage. • Other duties as assigned by management. • Must learn to bale cardboard, run a trash compactor, and operate two tractors to keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities . Break down and recycle cardboard in the assigned area in a distribution or fulfillment center to be disposed of. · Utilize power industrial trucks (PIT) to collect corrugate and recycle from one designated area to another within the site · Operate baler, auger, and trash compactor, sweep floors, support cleaning team, empty trash and wood bins throughout the site · Corrugate Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. · This role will require you to be constantly on the move for up to a 12-hour shift in some locations.
