OVERSEAS) * Build detailed cost models comparing U.S. vs. overseas production options * Analyze labor, overhead absorption, freight, duties/tariffs, and scale efficiencies * Model inventory requirements and working capital implications of different supply plans * Identify and evaluate grant/incentive opportunities tied to manufacturing and capex CAPITAL PLANNING & STRATEGIC FINANCE SUPPORT * Support cash flow planning and runway management; highlight key risk drivers and levers * Assist with equity/debt modeling and preparation of materials for lenders and investors * Support analysis of intercompany economics between UK and US entities (e.g., royalty/intercompany assumptions), working alongside external tax/legal advisors as appropriate LIGHT ACCOUNTING / DATA QUALITY SUPPORT * Assist with bookkeeping oversight and data reconciliation to ensure clean inputs for modeling * Support month-end close processes (tie-outs, variance checks, and documentation) * Help maintain reliable source-of-truth data for reporting and decision-making 🔎 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, banking, operations analytics, or similar * Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfortable building structured models from scratch * Solid analytical fundamentals (you can translate messy inputs into clear drivers and assumptions) * Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working with imperfect data * A self-starter with a high-ownership mindset; you follow through and improve what you touch * Interested in startups and gaining real operational exposure NICE TO HAVE: * Background in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field * Familiarity with manufacturing cost structures (labor/overhead, absorption, yield/scrap, freight, tariffs) * Exposure to hardware and/or SaaS unit economics (COGS, margins, contribution, CAC/LTV) * Basic SQL or BI tooling experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for dashboarding 🌟 WHY JOIN COSI CARE? * Be part of a growing, mission-driven brand that’s changing the way people manage skin conditions. * Direct exposure to executive-level strategic decisions and operating tradeoffs * Ownership of core models that influence pricing, margins, capex, and growth planning * Deep understanding of startup finance and manufacturing economics (a rare combo) * High learning velocity in a pivotal growth stage environment 💸 Pay: $55K - $80K base salary depending on experience 📍 Location: Seneca One, Buffalo, NY (On-site)
