JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Mandarin Speaking Cosmetic clinic receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Agent will handle various clerical duties, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Cosmetic Clinic Working Experience is desired.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
