OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting clients in making informed purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in makeup application is a plus, enhancing the ability to demonstrate products effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, allowing for effective communication with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cashiering procedures is beneficial.
• A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $18.67-$20.00 per hour
  Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct informative product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience and build lasting relationships.
• Assist with retail sales transactions, including operating POS systems and handling cashiering duties.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales environment.
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
• Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
