Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients & providing outstanding front-of-house service
  • Managing bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups
  • Supporting clinicians with administrative and patient liaison tasks
  • Maintaining accurate patient records & data entry
  • Coordinating stock, supplies, and clinic resources
  • Assisting with billing, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Contributing to a supportive, team-focused workplace
    To Be Successful In This Role:
    About You

You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. You love building warm, professional relationships, staying organised, and finding solutions. Most importantly, you’re a team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace.

  • At least 1 year experience in administration or customer service (medical or aesthetics desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
  • A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for customer care
  • Confidence using scheduling systems, Microsoft Office & digital platforms
