Description
Hourly Rate: $25/hr. - $26/hr. commensurate with experience Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 10-hour days, off on Wednesdays) 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Primary Responsibilities: Assist in cosmetic procedures alongside physician including but not limited to injectables and lasers. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterilized. Prepare patients for aesthetic procedures. Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and ensure they understand aftercare instructions. Accurately scribe encounter and handle other administrative duties as assigned. Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures by providing a calming environment and addressing concerns. Assist with capturing VISIA and iPad before and after photos and assist with consents and numbing. Through your knowledge and expertise of our products and services, educate and work with patients to sell products and endorse services. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies. Collaborate with physicians and aestheticians to ensure seamless patient care and promote services. Assist and scribe for medical dermatology appointments as needed. Attend Lunch & Learns, trainings, and team huddles as scheduled to continuously build product and service knowledge. Return patient calls and thoroughly document all communications in the EHR.
