Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Cosmetic Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a, high-performance environment, loves skin health and aesthetics, and has a natural ability to connect with people. You will be the first point of contact for clients exploring cosmetic treatments, guiding them with warmth, expertise, and confidence through injectable fillers, neurotoxins, laser therapies, and advanced medical-grade skincare.
Your success will be measured by relationship-building, sales performance, client retention, and your ability to support the overall flow and functioning of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Education

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand clients’ skincare concerns and goals.
  • Educate clients on treatments, including skincare, injectables, and energy-based devices.
  • Communicate treatment benefits, risks, downtime, and aftercare in clear, approachable language.

Sales & Treatment Planning

  • Develop customized treatment and product plans tailored to each client.
  • Confidently recommend and upsell services and skincare to maximize client results.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and growth targets while keeping a client-first, non-pressured approach.

Relationship Building & Retention

  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Actively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage patients loyalty.

Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Support the smooth daily functioning of the clinic, assisting in scheduling, coordination, and client flow when needed.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and providers (injectors, estheticians, doctors).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong background in skincare, aesthetics, or cosmetic dermatology (consulting or sales experience required).
  • Proven sales success and ability to hit targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable personality.
  • Passion for aesthetics and skin health, with confidence in educating clients.
  • Team player with a proactive, “solution-oriented” mindset.
