This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering 5-star client experiences, enjoys being hands-on with treatments, and takes pride in helping people feel more confident with a brighter smile. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow with a national brand and be rewarded with a generous OTE of $70K.

• Lead daily studio operations and deliver premium client care
• Perform professional whitening treatments (full training provided)
• Guide clients on treatment options and aftercare products
• Manage bookings, appointments, and follow-ups
• Drive studio performance and achieve KPIs
