REQUIREMENTS

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred (especially in cosmetics/skincare)
• Passion for K-Beauty, skincare, and makeup
• Friendly, confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• High attention to detail and professional personal presentation
• Flexible availability including weekends and holiday periods
• Basic skincare and makeup knowledge required; beauty certification is a plus
• Korean or Mandarin language skills are a bonus due to customer base

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Beauty Advisor and or retail sales assistant, you will guide customers through our extensive product range, offer personalised beauty advice, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values creativity, product knowledge, and high-quality service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer tailored skincare and makeup advice to customers based on their needs
• Stay updated with the latest K-Beauty trends and product innovations
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist with sampling
• Help customers discover and understand new product lines
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain clean, well-stocked shelves and organised displays
• Operate POS and handle daily cash/balance procedures
• Ensure every customer leaves with a positive, confident experience
• Participate in training and development sessions
• Work as part of a team to support store success
