Responsibilities Conduct thorough consultations to customize each guest's experience Recommend and sell spa retail products with expert knowledge Upsell services and promote spa packages/promotions Maintain impeccable hygiene standards (sanitize tools/workspaces between guests) Restock treatment rooms with linens, products, and supplies Handle laundry disposal and maintain clean common areas Accurately document guest preferences and service details Manage email correspondence and timekeeping via UKG system Participate in sustainability initiatives (recycling, conservation) Uphold "End of the Line" problem-solving philosophy Attend training sessions and team meetings Adhere to uniform standards and professional appearance guidelines Requirements Active Colorado Cosmetologist License (DORA) Certificate from accredited US cosmetology school Proficiency in manicures/pedicures (natural & gel) Knowledge of facial treatments and waxing Ability to sanitize tools per state regulations Strong guest consultation skills Basic computer literacy (email, timekeeping via Paylocity) Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift 25 lbs.
