Responsibilities What You’ll Do as Our Educator / Trainer Lead hands-on training in blowouts, finishing techniques, braids, updos, and Drybar service standards Coach stylists at all levels—new hires, developing stylists, and seasoned pros—to ensure consistency and confidence Deliver ongoing education sessions, skill refreshers, and performance-based coaching Support stylists in mastering timing, efficiency, and guest experience standards Partner with leadership to identify training needs and create development plans Maintain a positive, growth-focused learning environment that reflects Drybar’s upbeat, hospitality-driven culture Model exceptional guest service and technical excellence on the floor Uphold brand standards, sanitation protocols, and operational consistency Qualifications What Makes You a Great Fit You’re a natural leader who loves helping stylists shine.
