We are seeking a Cosmetology Instructor (Learning Leader) who has a positive attitude, is motivated and energetic, and is versatile in his/her technical skills and a proven success in salon skills, including retailing and building clientele. As a member of our high-performing Education Team, Candidate must be open to learning and adapting to our Paul Mitchell systems and culture, and be committed to promoting and modeling intensive continuing education to our students (Future Professionals), and within the Team. Candidate must be committed to working an evening work schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must preferably possess a Georgia Master Cosmetology License and Georgia Cosmetology Instructor License. Applicants with Cosmetology and Cosmetology Instructor Licenses from other states; or in the process of acquiring a Georgia State License are also welcome - but with the commitment to promptly pursue a Georgia State License Proven successful salon experience with strong results in building clientele, up-selling, rebooking, product management and retailing would be a major plus Having a passion for educating, learning, and helping others is an absolute must

Lesson-planning and teaching of classes on haircutting, color, texture, cosmetology theory, and/or professional development, using the Paul Mitchell systems and culture.
Actively coaching and assisting students (future professionals) with clinic floor services to include technical assistance as well as coaching on salon success skills such as guest consultations, re-booking, and retailing.
Modeling the Paul Mitchell/Esani culture and positive professional habits for our Future Professionals.
