Reviews and analyzes actual costs to identify inaccuracies, using the variance process. Prepares necessary departmental and company-wide budgeting reports. Reviews, analyzes, and reports on actual job profit margins. Performs month-end and year-end closings, assisting the Controller. Performs reconciliations on all inventory, including WIP accounts. Assist and back up Accounts Payable and Receivables. Prepares progress billings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2 years of experience in Accounting, with a preference for job costing. Willing to do both computer and manual processing of accounting details. Advanced Excel skills and other Microsoft software. Great attention to detail and accuracy. Good attendance.
