Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain cost accounting records for various furniture including joinery, metal and upholstery products.
* Analyse standard and actual costs to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
* Monitor inventory valuation, raw material costs, labour, and overhead expenses.
* Assist in product costing, pricing analysis, and margin assessments.
* Work closely with production and procurement to track and control wastage, rework, and material consumption.
* Conduct monthly and quarterly cost reviews and support the budgeting process.
* Participate in BOM (Bill of Materials) validation, cost simulations, and profitability analysis.
* Coordinate with Senior managers and support financial reporting related to cost accounts.
* Provide data-driven recommendations to management to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CMA certification preferred.
* Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing of furniture.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
