Experience with standard costing, inventory costing, and variance analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and methods. Social insurance coverage
