We are seeking a Cost Accountant who is eager to take ownership, drive cost efficiency and contribute directly to business performance within a progressive manufacturing environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with operations, influence decision-making and build strong expertise in end-to-end costing. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze product costing (standard & actual) Calculate and monitor break-even points (BEP) Implement cost control and cost reduction strategies Develop and maintain a reliable costing system Conduct variance analysis and highlight discrepancies Monitor production costs and recommend improvements Prepare costing reports for management Coordinate with production and procurement for cost optimization Analyze profitability across products and processes Ensure proper documentation and compliance Requirements: Bachelors in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/ CA Finalist/ ACMA/ MBA (Finance). 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing costing role. Strong understanding of BOMs, process costing, activity-based costing, and overhead allocation. Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite) and Excel. Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams. Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
