REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Accounting preferred)

2+ years of accounting experience (job-costing/manufacturing environment is an asset)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
*
Intention to pursue CPA or other accounting designation

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive

Financial Accounting & Reporting – Post journal entries related to COGS, inventory, and production; support month-end close and reconcile key accounts (inventory, accruals, assets, and prepaids).

Costing & Inventory Management – Analyze production costs, investigate variances, and collaborate with operations to improve cost accuracy and efficiency.
*
Accounts Payable Support – Assist in processing vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
*
Compliance & Internal Controls – Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards and local regulations; support audit processes and enhance internal controls.
*
Data Analysis & Process Improvement – Develop operational cost metrics, contribute to cost-reduction initiatives, and support ad hoc finance projects.
