Responsibilities
  • Partner with Operations and other departments to identify cost saving opportunities and strategic initiatives which will drive profit improvements. .Prepare and distribute analytical reports as requested.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial operational reporting. Partner with management and the finance team to improve plant operations and drive financial results.
  • Review standards, actuals and future costs and quantities to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with analysis of manufacturing variances and highlight areas where improvements can be initiated.
  • Assist with Month End and Year End financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prepare cost quotes for Sales & Marketing requests. Update cost grids and standards for machine run rates. .
  • Assist with year-end audit as needed.
  • Assist Business Analysis, Operations, Distribution, Planning, Maintenance, BOM Set-up teams as requested with project support and analysis.
  • Maintain the integrity of the perpetual inventory records including review of transactions for accuracy.
  • Investigate and recommend changes to improve processes, increase efficiency and/or accuracy or eliminate unnecessary steps
  • Participate in monthly HGI cost summit
  • Other tasks as determined by business need
