Job Title: Cost Accountant Company: Delta Construction Location: Sheikh Zayed City Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: We are seeking a Cost Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, and expense control to ensure accurate cost data and support management decision-making. Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze cost reports and compare actual costs against approved budgets. Calculate project/product costs and monitor variances. Review expenses and ensure proper allocation to cost centers. Participate in preparing and monitoring budget forecasts. Prepare periodic reports for management highlighting cost performance. Coordinate with different departments (Procurement, Warehouses, Projects). Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent. 3–5 years of proven experience in cost accounting. Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software. Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or industrial companies is a plus. Knowledge of management and cost reporting.
