This role works closely with Accounting, Purchasing, Operations, and R&D to ensure accurate costing and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Review and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs). Maintain material conversion records and coordinate related purchase orders. Verify work orders and production costs. Prepare daily production efficiency reports. Assist with month-end closing activities. Update customer pricing and costing information. Support product costing and process improvement initiatives. Follow GMP and Food Safety requirements. Requirements Qualifications: Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting, costing, manufacturing, inventory control, or data analysis. Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with ERP, accounting, or inventory systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Physical Requirements: Regularly sit and use hands for typing and handling materials. Occasionally stand, climb, walk, reach, or lift up to 10 lbs. Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision required. Work Environment: Moderate noise level. Manufacturing/office environment.
