  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in standard costing and inventory analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating complex financial models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and present findings to leadership.
  • Self-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles is highly desirable.
