Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Cost Analyst, Technology to join the Tech Controlling team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

At this role, you will help us to manage our expenses on a global group level, and support tech, product, and finance teams in the group with financial processes helping us to make our operation more cost-efficient. You will have the opportunity to work in the tech department, which offers a dynamic environment to enhance your existing skill set while engaging in a variety of topics and projects.

• You will be part of our Tech Controlling team in the Tech & Product department where you will create financial transparency for all globally used tools and services within the Company
• It is important for you to have expertise in data and financial analysis, as well as a keen eye for detail.
• Work with teams around the world to establish a culture of cost accountability.
• Maintain and improve our processes for cost-splitting and chargebacks to our entities.
• Help all tech teams in our headquarter with capitalization of their development projects.
• Understand and analyse related trends (P&L, balance sheet, and non-financials KPIs)
• seeking ways to improve the accuracy of budgets and forecasts

Qualifications
-

Proven experience as a cost analyst, cost specialist, or similar role

• Practical expertise in estimating product costs for existing and new products
• Demonstrated ability to examine complex data sets to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across operations
• Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and data model building; ability to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Good Excel, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to weigh and synthesize inputs from a variety of sources
• Strong communication skills in English, willingness for continuous learning, and readiness to take on responsibility
