JOB OVERVIEW:

As the Cost and Inventory Accountant, you bring strong attention to detail and a practical, analytical approach to managing costing and inventory processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, inventory valuation, and cost tracking. You’re confident working with ERP systems and collaborating with colleagues across teams, including operations, procurement, and commercial. You take ownership of your work, enjoy solving problems, and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done. Your contributions will support the finance team’s overall performance and help the business make more informed decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in cost and inventory accounting, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Strong ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of inventory valuation, cost allocations, and product costing.
• Comfortable partnering with non-finance teams and working close to operations
