Your mission Monitor, analyze, and optimize the cost cap to ensure full compliance with FIA financial regulations and efficient budget spending. Prepare, validate, and execute accurate, timely submissions of all official FIA financial regulations documentation. Lead periodic FIA audits and serve as the absolute expert on all cost cap matters. Drive robust financial reporting and run strategic simulations to ensure smart cost allocation choices. Work directly with technical and operational teams to translate complex cost structures into clear, actionable insights. Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to navigate the fast-paced regulatory landscape. Track new developments in FIA financial regulations continuously and proactively evaluate their strategic impact on the team. Your profile Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Substantial experience in financial analysis or cost controlling, ideally within Formula 1, elite motorsport, or another high-stakes environment. Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, or German financial regulations, with the ability to bridge standard accounting to FIA frameworks. Deep understanding of cost engineering, project tracking, and asset management under strict regulatory boundaries. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills combined with laser-focused attention to detail. Proven track record in cost management and budget optimization. Dynamic, passionate team player who takes absolute ownership in a high-performance environment. Expert-level proficiency in Excel and solid experience with ERP systems.
