Job Responsibilities Responsible for period end reporting of indirect cost (SGA & Attributable Costs), forecasting, budgeting, analyses regarding cost centers, profit and loss (SAP and FCCS) Period End reporting (month/quarter/year) Budgeting/Forecasting of indirect costs on cost center basis Continuously support of the cost center responsible Managers mainly after month end as well as during the forecast and annual budget process Analyses of deviations between planned and actual indirect cost and evaluating of predefined counteracting measures Calculation of hourly rates and monitoring overview of full cost level for each man-hour and other relevant manufacturing rates Maintain overview of intercompany rates Data management of indirect costs in SAP Deliver predefined KPI’s for internal scorecards and dashboards Deliver ad hoc analysis as requested Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost controlling processes and enhance efficiency Prepare management presentations and reports Support internal and external audits relating and provide necessary documentation Required Qualifications Completed commercial training or degree in business administration More than five years of relevant experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial company Very good knowledge of SAP CO (SAP S/4 HANA) Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint FCCS knowledge is an advantage Good German and English skills (both written and spoken) Independent and analytical working style Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Flexible HMH is a premier drilling solutions provider – delivering a broad portfolio of products and services that are designed to be the safest and most efficient in the industry.
